Karlis Krecers designed the graphics for two outdoor exhibitions in 2015: the Rotterdam Innovation Market below the archive building and The New Garden on the terrain between Het Nieuwe Instituut and Sonneveld House. He also designed the accompanying printed matter and web covers.
The Rotterdam Innovation Market
Not all innovative ideas come out of Silicon Valley and Tokyo. Dozens of innovative products and services are also developed every year in Rotterdam and the surrounding region. _The Rotterdam Innovation Market _presented seven very different innovations recently developed in the Rotterdam region.
The New Garden
Artist and designer Frank Bruggeman and ecological landscaper Hans Engelbrecht laid out _The New Garden_ in the spring of 2015 in the grounds of Het Nieuwe Instituut. Their design is a plea for an urban green space managed on an ecological basis with space for nature to take over.
