[corecore](https://www.instagram.com/corecorecc) is a collective and online platform for sharing and understanding the sonics of cyber-culture and the relationship between identity, community, and affect in "virtual” environments. The songs playing here are part of a playlist commissioned by –1. Audiences are invited to dive deep into 4.5 hours of contemporary internet-spawned micro-genres, scenes and communities, held together by corecore’s platform, which emphasizes locality, collaboration and vibe.

Part laboratory, part exhibition space, -1 responds to the urgent need to address critical issues in digital culture, from the rapid advancement of AI and the reemergence of do-it-yourself technology to the inclusion of more diverse and alternative voices in computing.
