Harvard Design Magazine: Agricultural Platforms
The research on Dairy Farms was published in Harvard Design Magazine No. 46 "No Sweat", an issue about the design of work and the work of design. The essay "Agricultural Platforms" by Grace Abou Jaoude, Marten Kuijpers, and Victor Muñoz Sanz, explores the contemporary state of agricultural landscapes across the Dutch countryside, the spatial potential of the technologies that make them possible, the unprecedented assemblages of organic and synthetic matter they entail, and questions how architects behind them will we be able to reformulate the agency of the disciplines dealing with the built environment in terms of their design and underlying policies.
