Children and families
Plan your visit
The Future Makers! exhibition is suitable for children aged 4 to 12. Children must always be accompanied by an adult (over 18). We recommend that younger children do the activities together with an adult. Children aged 8 and over can do them independently in the presence of an accompanying adult.
Tickets
Children under the age of 18 have free admission to the institute, including the Future Makers! exhibition. Adults pay the standard admission fee. Admission is free if you have a Museumcard or a Rotterdampas. Family Members of the Nieuwe Instituut enjoy free admission to the museum as well as additional benefits.

Schools and after-school care groups can book a Detour (museum tour) or a programme around Future Makers! or other exhibitions we have on display. For more information, please contact us at boekingen@nieuweinstituut.nl.
