Sonneveld House
Audio Tour for Children: Story catchers in Sonneveld House
Do you know Sonneveld House? When it was built in the 1930s, this Rotterdam villa was so modern that it looked like a kind of spaceship. Since its construction almost 100 years ago, the house has collected countless stories. Stories about the architects who designed it, the people who lived in it, the children who played in it and all the things in it. Discover the stories that Sonneveld House has to tell in a brand-new audio tour, made for and by children. And it’s not just about listening – there’s plenty of room for your stories too!
Aged 6 and older. Available from 6 July.
The audio tour was created by Malou Sumah with the help of researchers from the Story Catchers Children’s Team: Amélie (12), Gijs (10), Lou (10), Louise (7), Nora (11), Olaya (8), Olle (11), Otte (9) and Suze (9).
With special thanks to Dean Bowen, Gus Maussen and Ruben van Asselt.
