FUNGI: Anarchist Designers
Throughout the exhibition FUNGI: Anarchist Designers, a plea for an alternative worldview emerges: rather than striving to be in control, humans should take inspiration from the cross-species, more-than-human alliances that fungi exemplify. In their own manifesto, curators Anna Tsing and Feifei Zhou invite relevant experts to explore this awareness and shift in mentality. The resulting declarations of principle are sometimes poetic, sometimes academic, sometimes autobiographical, and sometimes explicitly written from a non-human perspective.
