• Amazing Space Race: Is it a plane? Is it an alien on wheels? Is it a space worm? YES! Everything is possible, as long as it can glide over our Amazing Space Racetrack. Design your vehicle of the future and let’s see if you can shoot for the stars and make it to another planet.
• Graphics Aglow: Make a luminous colour creation and enter the world of graphic design. Add your stained-glass design to a dazzling whole and help light up a colourful FamilieFest in Graphics Aglow.
• Jumbo Jumper Jam: Make that beautiful jumper even more beautiful by putting it on together with your favourite people. Who are you when you're together? Can you all fit into one piece of clothing? Of course - here, you can do just that! Make together, move together and take a photo home together.
• Thingy-Chair Challenge: What’s your favourite thing? That cute cuddly toy, your favourite mug or maybe those super snuggly socks. Design your own real design chair with the Design Biennale Rotterdam and give your favourite thing a place it deserves! Do you have a great eye for detail and love to use crazy materials? Then you can call yourself a real Thingy-Chair Designer.
• Future Makers!: Visit the brand new exhibition Future Makers!. Help design an infinite flag, create a magical menu and become the climate hero of tomorrow. What are your greatest wishes for the future? Let your voice be heard and create your dream world on the third floor.
• Plus: There’s plenty more to do for the whole family, including a baby corner for the little ones and a rest area in the Studio to enjoy a peaceful moment. Join in the Zoöp Quest or the family search through the exhibition Dutch, More or Less, and to top it all off, you can get your face painted!
