In July 2022 the Ministry of Moving Matter will open its headquarters at Het Nieuwe Instituut. The Ministry will work on archiving and mapping the elusive and subjective things of the city. You can submit dreams, desires, sins and childhood memories at the Ministry. Your submissions will be treated with care.
