Open Call Graphic Design Fair 2026
The third Graphic Design Fair, organised by the Nieuwe Instituut and NAi Booksellers, will take place on 22 March 2026. This year’s theme is Rooting Networks. According to the organisers, just as the various life forms in an ecosystem are connected by mycelium networks, professional design practices also exist thanks to visible and invisible systems through which knowledge, experience, skills and opportunities are exchanged. We are inviting graphic designers to take part in the third edition of the Graphic Design Fair on 22 March at the Nieuwe Instituut. Whether you design typefaces, books, carpets, logos, posters or textiles, if it’s graphic design, you’re very welcome to join us.
This is your chance to showcase and sell your work, connect with other designers and gain access to knowledge, mentorship and opportunities that support creative practice. We welcome all approaches to graphic design, but are especially excited about work that experiments with regenerative design practices, alternative materials and natural processes.

Please note that registration does not guarantee a place. Due to limited space, we will select participants based on the applications received. Our aim is to reflect the diversity of the graphic design field, in terms of both creators and their work.
