Balanzs wants to make yoga accessible to everyone. Alongside its morning sessions on The Podium on six Sundays in July and August, these special Sunset evening session is a one-off event. Follow a music-accompanied summer flow session, accessible for every level, with Balanzs instructor Dewi.
All you need to bring is your own yoga mat and a warm sweater for when the sun has set. Participation is free, but the number of places is limited, so sign up in time.
