Fashion and Textiles Writing Session at the National Archives
Are you passionate about fashion, textiles and textile design, and would you like to help make it easier to find your favourite female and non-binary makers and designers? Then this wiki writing session is for you. Join us for a collective writing session at the National Archives on International Women’s Day (8 March 2025), and add your knowledge about movements, projects and designs.

Practical information
- When: 8 March 2025, from 13:00 to 16:30
- Where: National Archives, Prins Willem-Alexanderhof 20, The Hague
- Bring: a laptop or tablet to edit Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons or Wikidata yourself.
You can choose between two different workshops at the National Archives, taking place at the same time:
- Fashion and textiles writing and work session: for Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata and Wikipedia
- Editing Wikipedia for activists workshop.

Is it difficult to edit Wikipedia? No, anyone can edit Wikipedia. Volunteers from Wikimedia Netherlands will be present to give you a helping hand. Staff from the National Archives will guide you to the sources in the collections.
