Indian Summer outfits

The recent series of New Haberdashery Workshops have all been about making summer outfits: beach towels, summer dresses and beachwear. On 11 September a chance to make an outfit from one of these designs for an Indian summer.
This summer's Rio Olympics are the inspiration for Het Nieuwe Instituut's programme about the improvement, mastery and protection of the body. In keeping with this theme, in the coming months The New Haberdashery is focussing on those garments that are closest to the body: underwear, swimwear and sports clothing, with basic patterns for men, women and children.
