Eduard Böhtlingk
22 May 2018 10:00 - 17 June 2018 17:00
Eduard Böhtlingk shows two of his mobile projects: The Marquis and OPENhuis to address the blurring boundaries between what is built and what is around it. Increasing mobility is generated by projects such as the rise and creation of tiny houses and stimulated by the smartphone that disconnects people from a fixed location. In this way, a new impulse is given to mobile architecture.
On Thursday 24th of May Eduard Böhtlingk opens the new pop-in expo with a lecture called: Mobile Architecture in Room 1 (19:30 - 20:30). Please reserve a seat via this ticketlink.
Pop-in expo
Bi-weekly changing presentations in the Het Nieuwe Instituut's foyer. A controversial new design, sensational research, work by an emerging talent or a new acquisition for the State Archive for Dutch Architecture and Urban Planning are given a place in the spotlight.
