The Borders between Art, Design and Architecture

How flexible are the borders between the art disciplines nowadays? Are these borders disappearing, or are they becoming more fixed? Five artists will reflect upon this question, presenting their own texts. The audience will pick the best text at the end of the evening. Organized by Design Platform Rotterdam.

Design Platform Rotterdam
Design Platform Rotterdam organizes meetings between designers, entrepreneurs, organisations and knowledge institutes. Design Platform Rotterdam links arts disciplines and aims to 'soften' borders, with the aim of establishing a healthy artistic climate in Rotterdam.
Thursday Bite
Before the Thursday Night you can grab a bite to eat with the speakers and staff of Het Nieuwe Instituut. At 18:30 Het Nieuwe Café will serve soup with bread or a quiche with salad. Dinner vouchers are available for ¬ 7.50 up to a day before the particular Thursday Night event via the Tickets link or at the bar this evening.
