This year the focus of the Day of Architecture Rotterdam is on the Lloydkwartier. During this kick-off OMI (Office for Metropolitan Information) and Het Nieuwe Instituut will look into the special history of this area, the current and future developments and the exciting transformations that have happened.

The introduction of the Day of Architecture will be provided by Rianne Groen. Jantiene Berg talks about Hotel Stroom and entrepreneurship in the Lloydkwartier. Peggy Wijntuin talks with Rianne Groen about the Slavery monument. And finally, Robert Winkel van Mei Architects talks about transformation in the Lloydkwartier.
